Charles McFall
Charles McFall is a seasoned motivational speaker, dynamic interviewer, and an influential figure in emergency medical services (EMS). With over two decades of experience in EMS and a deep passion for communication, Charles captivates audiences with his energy, authenticity, and thought-provoking insights. Known as the "Rock God of Podcasting," he has built a reputation for hosting engaging conversations and delivering powerful talks that inspire action. Starting his EMS career in 1996 as an EMT-I, Charles quickly established himself as a dedicated professional, passionate about providing high-quality patient care. Since 2000 his on-ground experience as a paramedic, coupled with his leadership roles in the industry, has positioned him as a thought leader in the EMS community. As the host of One EMS and a former instructor at the Georgia Institute of EMS, Charles combines hands-on expertise with a love for education, helping others thrive in high-pressure environments. His ability to draw out impactful stories from others allows him to conduct engaging interviews that resonate with both audiences and guests alike.
Beyond EMS, Charles has expanded his influence into the digital space, hosting popular podcasts like "Wise_N_Nerdy: Where Fatherhood Meets Fandom" and "Finding the Stories."
